In my life there are many things that stress me out. School, softball, family, boyfriend, younger sister just to start naming a few that immediately come to mind. If I had to choose the two biggest stressors in my life right now I would say, not being able to play right now because of my head and family issues. Softball is a very big stressor right now because that is not only what I do but a large part of who I am and not being able to play or workout is like telling someone they can't be who they are. Family, family is a huge stressor. I don't want to discuss family issues right now, they're improving, but it is an on going stressor.
In order to deal with my stress firstly I need to realize that in life there are just things that happen that I have no control over and no matter how much I want to change situations I can't. In softball I need to just relax and take this time to get ahead in my school work and know that no matter what I can't do anything yet. Secondly, for stress in the family I have to quit worrying about it because some of the issues aren't as big as they origionally seem. When stress does arise though, I need to relax and know that everything will work out for the best. I can take a jog or work out, also I can find someone to talk to or simply write my thoughts down.
